I am extremely disappointed with the handling of the Godrej Celeste project in Jagatpur, Ahmedabad by Shree Siddhi Group. It has been more than four years since I booked my home, and despite collecting a substantial portion of the payment from customers, there has been little to no visible progress on construction. Thousands of buyers have invested their hard-earned money and are still waiting for clear answers. The biggest concern is the lack of communication and transparency. There is no definite timeline for the start of construction or project completion, and customers are left uncertain about the future of their investment. Regular updates and clear commitments have been missing throughout the process. I would advise prospective buyers to thoroughly verify the current status of the project, obtain written commitments wherever possible, and make an informed decision before investing.

I had bed experience with the sales team. They don't give keys even after full payment. I sent them email to share the reason to keep keys after full payment however they did not respond even after 3 months. Sales team do not support and give false reason in case you need to visit and open your own office. They will not open the office when you need it. I requested to return all keys after the Dastavej and they asked me to wait an hour as they need to get it from main branch. Actually they had keys in the same office though They also keep you waiting for hours. Don't trust sales team. They don't have good supporting staff which understand and help our needs.

Celeste is shree Siddhi & Godrej Properties Proj in Ahmedabad on hold from SEP23 built construction demolished 1100 families feel cheated no idea/no answer to our queries RM not replying & rude no trust on Godrej/Shree Siddhi Is this GodrejProperties SCAM in Gujarat? resolve🙏

Not good for the IT companies. Never invest in any of their scheme as very huge parking issues due to paid parking not allowing common space for parking. There are many builders out there for treats well to the IT companies to allow their employees to park well.

Bad management of completed projects, lift is not working in Ganesh Genesis what can people do if any emergency arise there are old ages peoples? Very poor management from building side denied t taking responsibility.

Big builder but very bad builder. Not fullfill commitment for godrej Celeste project.
