I was genuinely interested in purchasing a flat in this residency, as the project and location initially seemed promising. However, after speaking with several existing residents and going through multiple public reviews, I came across a number of concerns regarding [mention briefly if it's construction quality, maintenance issues, management response, delays, etc.]. This made me hesitant and concerned about moving forward. I believe every buyer deserves transparency and confidence in such an important investment. I hope the management takes these feedbacks seriously and works towards resolving the issues raised by residents. Looking forward to seeing improvements, as I still believe the project has good potential if things are handled with responsibility and care.

I agree upon all comments with staff & quality of building as SUN group. I went to final flat but they are having too hidden things(like flat gone sale, only 11-12-13 floor, but still flats are available with them sales person are lie every time if u go with different person, also they have setting to give u invester flat at high price) so no transparency so not except they will manage in future as well. Please think twice if you invest.All this 5 star reviews are fake.Builder ego is too much very rude behaviour with customers.

Rising Homes is situated at a very good location and nearby to bridge which is a posh locality of Godrej Garden City. There is enough open space in the building with good ventilation. Also, price of this Gota Jagatpur area is increasing day by day. It consists of all the amenities like Gym, Garden, Temple, Community Hall, Parking, Shops, Playground etc. Must consider it for your dream house.

U will find the flats .. 1 bhk .1.5 and 2 bhk…. But the all flats are very small if you compare with other flats… outside.. they have common temple.. play area for children’s and cricket volley ball.. lifts quality was ok ok .. upper class ppl can see the other options too .. train voice comes .. in day and night...

It's a Residential scheme at jagatpur road near by Godrej Garden City. It has 1, 1.5 and 2bhk flats. There is gym, cricket box, volleyball box, sandpit area with playing equipments for kidoz.

It’s not exactly amazing it’s just ok ok. You could buy your first home here; if you are a couple and are thinking of moving here, it’s a great place.
