Site Visit Review – The Palm Paradise (Visited on 08 June 2025) I recently visited The Palm Paradise – a 3 BHK exclusive residential project currently under construction at Nava Vadaj-Ranip, near D Mart and Opp National Handloom Lane. Possession is expected to begin in 2-3 months, and here’s my honest take on the project. (Current Project Few Photos and Videos Are also Shared) Project Overview: Total Towers: 6 Wings (A to F) Floors: 13-storey buildings with 4 flats per floor Units: 3 BHK only, with 5-7 size variants (availability to be confirmed) Parking: 2 basement levels – strictly residential only with 1 reserved parking per unit Amenities: 30+ lifestyle amenities planned Temples: Society to feature two temples – Mahadevji with Hare Krishna and a Jain temple Commercial Setup: The society has a dedicated commercial front area with a separate parking basement and entrance to ensure complete privacy for residents. Location & Connectivity: This is one of the most appealing aspects: Excellent public transport options within 500 meters: BRTS, Metro Rail, AMTS, auto-rickshaws, and cabs Railway Station & Upcoming Bullet Train Station: ~3 km away Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport: Easily accessible Schools, Colleges, Supermarkets, Multiplexes: All within a 1 km radius Naranpura Sports Complex (Ahmedabad’s signature public project): Only 2.5 km or ~5 minutes drive away Overall Impression: The Palm Paradise combines central connectivity, thoughtful planning, and quality lifestyle amenities in one place. In a growing city like Ahmedabad, projects like this – especially in a well-developed yet still-developing area – are rare at a reasonable price. It’s certainly a strong candidate for future value appreciation. > Recommendation: I would definitely recommend prospective buyers to visit the site and explore the project firsthand. It’s ideal for families looking for well-connected, spacious, and peaceful living within city limits.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Palm Paradise, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The marketing team took the time to walk us through all the wonderful amenities this project has to offer. Some highlights that really caught our attention were the presence of the Jain derasar and Ganesha temple within the society, the impressive height of each floor, convenient access to public transportation, and its proximity to popular shopping destinations like DMart and Handloom, all within walking distance. Having explored numerous housing projects in the past, we can confidently say that Palm Paradise stands out as something truly special. In just one meeting, we were so impressed that we made the decision to choose this wonderful project as our future family residence. Highly recommended!

Guys, I have visited many locations before buying this property including gota, vaishnav devi, Bopal and ranip. Then, I met with Mr. Harsh shah who is very professional and advised whole project scheme, I took brief bifurcation about cost and amenities. Honesty, I realized that near by bus, railway, airport and metro facilities you will never find in this budget. Moreover, I noticed that this property (3BHK Flats) come with number of amenities that you will feel luxurious life and they are selling this homes with professionals only, if you are planing to buy new home at least visit once - Palm paradise - Nava vadaj, - Ring road - 132ft.

Civil engineering is a model, there are countless mistakes made everywhere. You will be able to see holes in the ceiling wherever you look. Visit this site once, you will understand the importance of core cutting and imperfect civil engineering.
