Worst experience ever The staff here is absolutely third class They have zero manners and zero professionalism They talk very rudely and behave in a disgusting way Never ever buy a flat from this place Never ever take a flat on rent from here Getting your own deposit back feels like begging You have to chase them again and again They intentionally delay refunds They lie shamelessly and give fake excuses No response on calls No response on messages No responsibility No accountability Once they take your money they show their real face Customers are treated like beggars This place causes mental stress and harassment Save your money save your peace of mind Stay away from this property

Had a very disappointing experience with one of receptionists, Kajal. She forgot to mute the call and was overheard saying, “Baroda ma betho betho options mange che”—a very unprofessional and insulting comment. Her tone throughout the call was rude and dismissive. If this is the way they treat genuine inquiries, I strongly suggest others think twice before reaching out. Basic respect and professionalism should be the minimum.
