No credibility. Honouring commitment is not part of their business dealings. After commiting to a price and providing a check on the spot, they call me back two days later to renegotiate and haggle. Unprofessional behaviour and choice of words used by staff (esp. female staff) upon my opposition to renegotiation was distasteful, confirming my decision to end any further dealings with them. Response from the owner: "As we see you have not shown any reason nor we have had any experience with you. Your rating is misleading" Update on owner's response: To address your response, 1. You have chosen to ignore my review wherein I briefly discuss my issues and reasoning behind my rating. To clarify, my online handle is not my name, so it would be rather childish on your part to argue that you can not find my legal name in your records based on my online google username. 2. You seem to be of the opinion that I should publicly disclose my personal details or business dealing details. So, in response to that, I say: I am not going to be discussing my personal details of dispute over a public medium. I will not be disclosing the details about my properties, which I have purchased from you in the past, or the properties which I was planning to buy which lead to this incident on a public review on google Maps. The manner in which you have chosen to respond to my rating shows that you are not interested in reaching out to retify a wrong doing on behalf of your staff nor are you willing to just discuss the poor experiences of a customer repeat or otherwise. In my review, I have mentioned my issues with the behaviour of the staff and their unethical practices. I had been careful not to use words like everyone or the entire company so as not to paint the entirety of the business in the same colour. You have, however, chosen to attack me personally, and stated that you do not have any experience, where I think you meant to say a "record of a business deal with me", without attempting to identify me or identifying if we have had any business dealing in the past or not, thus, attempting to imply that I am being untruthful. This shows you lack integrity as a business and lashing out at me without asking for more information, or about my experience or even just sending a message to say something like "We are sorry you had such an experience..." indicates that the unethical practices seem to be the standard protocol, or at least it is widespread in your company. In the future, I would recommend not being rude to your customers. And, failing that, at least get your facts straight first. I will also not be responding to any further communications from your company as you all seem to have a disdain for the people buy your properties.

We purchased flat in sarathya west in November 2024 where the staff promised that you will get soft possession in August 2025 and final possession in Dec 2025 bt they have nt kept their promise and still we have not been contacted for possession related matter. In between, when we had gone there to c the flat somewhere around May 2025 to ask if they can allow some internal changes in bathroom which we had already told them that when work gets to that stage, do let us know as we want to make some changes and they had said yes bt they didnt inform us and instead and person sitting there behaved very rudely and said nothing can happen now. We had a heated argument. Now about possesion they don't reply and today when my brother asked to c the flat, he said not allowed. What do they think of themselves. We bought flat their thinking it's vishwanath builders bt we were so wrong purchasing flat there. While purchasing a flat, we had paid full amt in November 2024 itself and we had confirmed again n again that we will get possesion on time to which they said yes. As we r staying in a rented home, we want possession and still no proper reply abt it and on top it, staff behavior is pathetic. Never ever suggest anybody to deal with them

Worst Builder Ever ! Writing a real review as a flat buyer. I have bought a flat in one of their scheme which has been handedover before 2 months. I must tell everyone that the build quality is worse then the worst. Everywhere in the flat water seapage issue is there and even after repeated complaints it was not being attended and even if it was attended, then their engineers doesn't have any technical knowhow on solving the problem from its root cause. Another worst part they keep on demanding unnecessary money and abrupt time and out of the context against the agreement deal. Never ever buy any flat in their scheme. Sharing few photos of heavy seapage of their masterpiece.

The builder has Very Unprofessional behaviour.The Most pathetic Construction Company I have ever come across. The group has no values and their practices are unethical. Builder is not handing over society after 4 years also. There is no expense report available. No one is there to hear the problems faced by society. Very poor management of builder in handling issues.

Really having pathetic experience with Vishwanath builder since day one. Staff is very rude & misbehaving. Holds society handover for almost longer duration of 3 plus years. Doesn’t resolve any current issues of society. I would not recommend this Vishwanath builders to anyone

This Builder is very rude behaviouring attitude. This builder is not good for the society. So Don’t buy house in this builders property.
