Darshanam High View

Well, I've always liked the Darshanam Group Projects. I have a personal liking towards The Darshanam Central Park, Sayajigunj. It encompasses of varied amenities. But coming back to High View, it also has a similar kind of layout and structure but the building blocks are too closely spaced to one another which is not too eye pleasing. The 1st Floor of every building block is little like that any burglar can crawl inside the balcony space and that is scary. The building though has security guards so let's say they will be hopefully doing their jobs. There is enough parking space but again don't know if the entire project is fully occupied or still have quite room left. The inside structure of houses is quite monotonous because almost every project has the same layout. I think it gives a good environment to young kids as they have a lot of room to play and socialize with their age group also indulge in a variety of sports. The festivals are also celebrated with a good amount of noise and poor choice of songs... It is something you can always count on. So, overall a good place to live but again if you are a Muslim or from a Minority group .. I would suggest not to have your hopes high of having your home because probably you won't be allowed.

worst place and worst society i buyed a flat in darshanam highview and living with my new born son so once i ordered food after 12am so the security guard said that they wont allow delivery guy to go upstairs society pramukh has said … what the hell is this and they say abuse words and started fighting with my husband ..

Residential place. Amazing environment around the premises. 2 lakes in near by area make this place beautiful. Also garden is there beside society. As well as 2 km track around kamlanagar lake which is 1 km away from location. Celebration of festivals in the premises also done with great joy and lots of enjoyment.

It’s a well planned residential society with a Central Park and a party hall. It also has lifts for easy commute. Build quality is good, safe accomodation

A good place in locality to stay with family & also quality of contstruction is superb.

Good locality. Nice lake view. Good amenities.
