I am a tenant in this apartment where we are facing severe water issues, The water problem will be there for 2-3 days and the reason they say is they didn't get the maintenance from some owners so all the owners (or the tenants) who paid the maintenance should also suffer. The supervisor is a puppet of house brokers(they charge brokerage and won't tell any one issue of the apartments), my broker charged one month rent from us and 20k from the owner saying that they will fix all the minor issues with the apartment but they didn't even look into it. Worst maintenance, worst rules (security won't allow you into the apartments after 11 if you are a student), Worst brokers (i home they send their mum somewhere)

This is really Sad, our hard earned money is at stake. It seems everyone here has booked through India Bulls, Is there any one who has taken appropriate steps and have come out of this issue and willing to help others. Please email me, seeking help as my brother is facing a lot of financial issues.

No water supply at all we live in k2 tower and the lift was not fixed for a month also theres no water at all we talk to everyone incharge for it and nobody help us with it

Very nice place and suitable for families reasonable rent good water services and availability

Never buy a home on this socity people are not good and kind
