It is prime real estate! The area is quite nice and one has a posh experience driving down the almost private Neptune driveway. The building itself, design wise, well, a few offices on each floor have the washrooms right at the entrances. Not a big fan! Construction quality wise it does better than many other commercial construction companies in Vadodara. Basement Parking could be better managed, and service elevators could have been provided. All material needs to be physically carried through the stairs. Such a pain.

Neptune trinity apartments are very high class apartments. So many facilities are there. Flats are also very good. It is very near to inorbit mall, centre square mall and central mall. Location is very peaceful. No sounds and disturbances. For old-age people it is very suitable love the life peacefully. In Neptune apartments there are ten floors.

Here while building is full of high level office. A proper environment for a business Hub's and this place also have a huge parking area and contain 4 lift from parking area fo top floor and here a separate special stairs are also available in case of emergency exit.

Nice place for corporate office. But building design was poor. Parking entry was akward and also no common washroom for individual floor. Also cleaning faciloty is not available.

Good isolated roads to reach Neptune. 11 floors building with good maintenance and parking. Take care during rainy days, parking floor becomes slippery because of wet surface.
