Nilamber Group

Construction quality is not good especially of nilamber oriens project I see lot of water seepage issue and it seems some issues with design fault too. Developer needs to be attentive and correct the issue residents are facing as I know Nilmaber group used to be well respected brand but experiencing this project I am not sure what changed in their approach. Ready to help them if they want to talk to me or our residents in nilamber Oriens. They should be more responsive as they charge very premium price for the houses so they should improve on their customer service too.

I am reviewing after three years of taking possession of a residential property from this so-called big group of Vadodara. 1. Pre-sale committments : Hypothetical and baseless 2. Construction Quality : Very poor. Water leakage is observed at many spots. 3. Post sales : Who cares! 4. Cost : Very High 5. Value for money : Negative The problem-solving attitude of Nilamber Group would have stopped me from putting this kind of review.

If even after 2 years of possession many of the houses at Nilamber Oriens face dampness and water seepage problem during every monsoon then for sure the builder is non responsive,not at all professional to cater to poor quality of construction thereby giving a poor value to it's customers.

With due respect to the groups adorable works , the reception staff is too rude to respond a call . Couldnt even understand english. Not a good gesture from such a reputed and one of the leading real estate developer in vadodara.

Water proofing system is not good.many houses are facing such problem in Nilamber oriens society.there is no response from the builder once after purchased done.

Very good understanding of market needs, community building and design; but extremely poor in civil engineering, execution and supervision.
