We were looking for property which satisfy all needs like amenities, reliability, location, carpet areas etc. Thanks to Samanvay group🙏👏which have great amenities👍🙌🏡 spacious open area, bigger carpet areas and most important its credibility 🙏🙏🙏We visited Satgunam, Anantam, Westbank, Park and satvik and all properties have their own speciality, front staffs are well experienced and providing valuable inputs. At Westbank we met Nilofar madam and she explained very nicely🏡🙌all features she explained thereafter we met Mehul sir and he patiently listened and supported us to have a great deal.We are excited to move further 🤩🤩🤩

Project is delayed significantly. During sales, sales claimed that 90% complete and will start delivering in September 2025 but not much progress from March 2025. Really disappointed on the communication with the builder and site engineers. I don't think builder will deliver this project in 2026 too.

The overall project concept and design is good. Nice location, all required facilities are included in project. Staff is helpful and supportive. Some small additions where cost saving is done could have made the experience great.
