I am really satisfied for having associated with Prapti Group, one of the reputed and reliable builders in Vasna Bhayli Road Vadodara. They have a very professional management team and I appreciate their commitment and patience towards customer satisfaction. They consulted us on every stage of construction and delivered the completed bunglow in sixteen months time after the performance of Bhoomi pooja. They have an efficient maintenance team, who attend to all our complaints and rectify them promptly. I had purchased bunglow 7 and 8 at Spring County 1 in 2007 and till date staying at same place without any complain and problem. My best wishes for all their future ventures and specially to Rasesh Parikh, Owner of Prapti Group, for his additional help to obtain Municipal Water last year for our society and more over give Resort type bunglows in 2007-2008

We have been associated with the Prapti Group for the past 2.5 years. They are professional builders with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction. Over the years, they have successfully completed various projects in Vadodara, earning the trust and loyalty of their clients, some of whom have been associated with them for 15-20 years. Their history of repeat customers investing in their new and upcoming projects speaks volumes about their credibility. Mr. Rashesh prioritizes customer satisfaction and consistently strives to provide the best possible support. We currently own an under-construction property in one of their projects and, so far, our experience with their team and office staff has been positive.

The builder is very unprofessional and uses abusive words to women once the flat is sold. I have bought a flat in Spring retreat 2 and there is huge mismatch in the offering in brochure and actual delivery. Lot many amenities are missing as proposed in brochure. Also the builder has not appropriate approvals in place for high rising building in Spring Retreat 2. SR 2 Society Association is following up with the builder to clear the dues and share requisite approvals for last 6 years and builder has been delaying it. I will advice the new buyers not to get into the trap of builder and be cautious.

My rating would be 1 star. Reason - builder Prapti Group had collected Rs. 1 lakh from each buyer as life time maintenance. He is now refusing to refund the money to the residents association. Many amenities as per specifications are to be completed. There is very poor response from the builder for our repeated queries. My sincere advise to prospective buyers would be to think twice before buying any property from this builder.

I have booked two units with prapti group at SPRINGS EXOTICA III and I am highly satisfied with their quality and construction and unwavering Commitment. My relationship with prapti group goes back many years,having invested in their previous projects as well. Based on the value they provide , I confidently recommend prapti group for both exceptional houses and promising growth opportunities.
