Very bad experience from same builder, Make sure about amenities before confirm property. Near to rb Elements fortune serenity visit first and review with flat holder, Before select property they Said allocated parking with extra expense but since it's pending when we ask for it builder not responding. Amenities building has 3 floor But no lift when we ask they said we promised for amenities not for lift this kind of rude behavior. If still you decide to purchase🙏 God bless you🙏

Had words with near by fortune serenity flat owners who highly recommended not to go with these developers who falsely promised amenities and not yet handed over association.
