In high rise building , one must have lift allowed for luggage up/ down. Packers movers up to 6 wheel vehicle shall be allowed inside the complex. Staff shall be sent to similar places to see such facilities. The way Surat is growing , the way high rise is gaining popularity and most importantly floating population contributes a lot to Surat growth n economy. Hence above suggestions for esteemed builders of Surat , I feel more so as returned to Surat after 31 years of study at SVNIT and finding smaller conveniences not available in the name of bye laws , design limitation etc etc

Very bad experience with the group post house purchase. Favoring and giving speciality treatment to handful of members against majority of residents. Too much partiality shown by the group. This is our third flat in Surat and this has been the worst experience with the developers till date. The developer is not listening to and supporting the majority of the flat owners and has a very partial mindset towards some of their customers. Really pathetic.
