#Fake assurances - Builder/Sales representative later on denied to proceed with full amount documentation which he initially assured for. #Weak financial management - I had to repetitively follow up to get refund of booking amount. #Worst locality - Checkout the location at night and also checkout with locals regarding water/electricity. I cancelled my property purchase plan back then due to this particular builder. Otherwise Taksh group is much better. #Best thing is - Now I'm capable to spend double and will definitely invest in much better property in better location.

By look everything seem so nice but when you stay you feel it was the worst decision of life ✍🏻 No electricity, No water for 4-5 days on week you have pay 1000 rs per week if you need water tanker. As well owner and agent saying it’s good society celebrating everything but mainatince also we are paying 1000 rs every month showing flat rate are 1Cr but if someone search outside township providing everything with low rate so better don’t fall on appearance I stay 1 yr and left this now

I would prefer all of you to go there and see the architecture of the House. I sure you all love that project. Frankly speaking the architecture and the ambience of that property is totally awesome and the material use to build that house is also good like you can't complaint about that project and the Clubhouse it's like a Mini resort. Have a look to this Property and I definitely say you soon you gonna buy your Dream Home.

Very dirty society..no management of garbage.the kachra gadi comes one day later.those who are working they face garbage problem.also no power backup service...light goes for whole day ,whole night,may be 2 days also. The doges problem is also big issue ..they make poop 💩 any where around the house..near water storage also..too much dirty place to live.

Very good society Water is ok for small families but for large families their is shortage of water. Overall it good fir small families

Very specicius and comfortable. Large space House and laxurius.
